How it works - Partnership Structure

Services provide comprehensive media and communications designed to help you effectively engage with your stakeholders, build community engagement and achieve your strategic goals. Working side by side with your team, media and communications will be tailored to the needs of the organisation.

Our model for delivering sustained and valuable media and communications services is through:

  • A retainer agreement; OR

  • Project by project basis

Retainer services begin with an Initial Three-Month Flexible Period.

This initial phase will allow the organisation to:

  •     Experience the quality and effectiveness of the services.

  •     Assess responsiveness and collaborative approach.

  •     Evaluate the impact of our work on your communications objectives.

  •     Determine the value proposition of a long-term retainer partnership.

Transition to Long-Term Retainer (Optional): At the end of the three-month flexible period, we will conduct a comprehensive review of our work together. Based on this review and your satisfaction with our services, you will have the option to transition to a long-term retainer agreement. The terms and scope of the long-term retainer will be discussed and agreed upon at that time, building upon the insights and successes of the initial period.

No Obligation to Continue: Should you decide, for any reason, that a long-term retainer partnership is not the right fit after the initial three-month period, there is absolutely no obligation to continue by either party. The agreement will conclude and we will ensure a smooth handover of any ongoing projects or assets.
